This sheet explains, in plain language, what you pay with AhorrosEnergy, what is included, and the terms that apply. It is written in the spirit of the Electricity Facts Label (EFL) that Texas retail providers publish.
AhorrosEnergy is an electricity broker registered with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (#BR250112), not a retail electric provider (REP). We arrange your service with licensed providers and give you a single fixed monthly amount.
You can also request the official EFL, Terms of Service and Your Rights as a Customer documents of the provider that serves your address, free of charge, at support@ahorrosenergy.com.

5. Terms of service
Our Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with AhorrosEnergy: billing, payments, late fees, suspension, cancellation and dispute resolution. By requesting service you accept them.
